Arcanum

Arcanum competitions unless otherwise specified are open to all current guild members, including new recruits.

The following rules apply to all Arcanum competitions:

1. Arcanum members donate prizes into the prize pool to make these competitions possible. Anyone who makes a suitable donation will be promoted to a special 'donor' rank and will have the guilds endless appreciation :)
2. Prize winners MUST be a member of Arcanum when fulfilling the competition requirements. If a new recruit already has the achievement in question they are not eligable for the prize.
3. Prizes are non-transferrable, and are awarded to the CHARACTER who got the achievement. This applies to BOP items especially.
4. Prizes are limited to one prize per PERSON per competition to ensure as many people have a chance to win as possible.
5. If a member wins a prize but would like to forfeit it (to try get a different prize or they already have it) the prize will then be awarded to the second person (and third, and so on) to complete the requirements.
6. Prizes will not be 'held'. If you are trying to complete multiple competitions are win one of them you must at the time of winning decide whether to accept that prize (and no longer be eligable for other prizes) or forfeit it in the hopes to win a different one.
7. Upon completing an achievement to win a competition you must ASAP send an in-game mail to Gwendral (GM) notifying us that you have finished the requirements and what you'd like to do with your prize. We will confirm the achievement and will be in contact organise gifting the prize.
8. Characters who win an Arcanum prize will have their character's name listed on the website ideally with a screenshot with you and your new loot! If you are uncomfortable being listed on the website please do not participate.
9. Prizes unless otherwise specified are non-refundable or 'changable'. You will receive the prize listed.
