Arcanum Dedicated Progression

Arcanum was originally founded as a casual raiding guild for mature players and has since grown from its core WotLK casual team to more than six successful regular raid teams with varying levels of experience.

We currently have three core dedicated progression teams and numerous casual teams. Each of the three core raid teams have successfully cleared DS pre nerfs. We also welcome casual non-raiders to the guild to take advantage of both our perks and our friendly, strictly mature environment.

For those interested in applying for one of the three core teams, please be aware that these are performance focused teams and have mandatory attendance and performance minimums in order to secure your position within the teams. You should have similar raiding experience to the teams that you are applying for. All applications are handled on the website.Click here to apply online. If you are currently in Arcanum but would like to sign up for one of the core teams you can use the same application form.

In addition to the three core teams, Arcanum has plenty of friendly casual teams.

The Guild

Arcanum is a strict guild actively moderated by the GM and it's officers. We do not tolerate racist, sexist, or any other intolerant or immature behaviour and expect our members to uphold the standards of the guild both within the guild itself, as well as when representing the guild in public.

This mature, friendly environment has lead to the guild becoming the largest strict guild on the realm, with more than 40% of it's members being female. We warmly welcome all mature adult players regardless of race, sex, sexual preference, or goals within the game.

If you are interested in applying to join Arcanum, all applications are handled on the website.Click here to apply online. If you are currently in Arcanum but would like to sign up for one of the core teams you can use the same application form.

Arcanum BOOTCAMP - Lead by Chey and Loggy!

ARCANUM BOOTCAMP - Sat 1-5pm

Chey and Loggy have very kindly offered to run a regular (but casual) trainee raid bootcamp for inexperienced members and alts hoping to learn to become core raiders. All Arcanum members are welcome! Alts, trials, casuals... no fixed team and no raid experience required. This team is a perfect opportunity not only to learn the more advanced aspects of progression raiding, but also to help quickly gear up your toons in preparation for joining one of the core teams.

Chey and log are very patient and experienced raid leaders who are happy to teach players the more advanced requirements of being a progression raider - including strategy, raid ettiquite, performance analysis and tips on improving your performance.

The new group will be starting Saturday April 14th and will run every Saturday from 1pm - 5pm during the day. Currently the team will be focusing on Dragon Soul content, aiming to clear 8/8 each week.

Min ilevel 385 (no PVP gear), basic gems & enchants. If you need help working out your gems, enchants and reforges just chat to Chey or Log in game, or any of our Arcanum officers.

Signup on the ingame calendar is mandatory. This is a casual group so you will not be expected to attend every week, however to facilitate planning all players must sign up on the calendar each week. Places will be where possible br confirmed 24hrs prior - if you're not able to attend, please make sure you withdraw your signup.

Please Note: Players who regularly sign up but no-show without notice will be denied trialing with any of the core teams, and be placed on temporary probation with the guild. Due to the rotating team nature of Bootcamp, they are reliant on confirmed toons showing up, and a no show also potentially deprives another guildie of a place in the run.
